LEGAL
COOKIE POLICY
LAST UPDATED: APRIL 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Elumnos uses, and how you can control them.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit. Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (remain on your device for a set period).
Similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage serve comparable functions and are covered by this policy.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
We do not set any third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Elumnos does not use any third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels. AI features communicate with Anthropic's API server-side; no Anthropic cookies are placed on your device.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR COOKIES
Essential cookies are placed on the basis of legitimate interests and contract performance — they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you have requested and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Functional preference cookies (theme, consent record) are placed on the basis of consent, which you provide by accepting our cookie notice. You may withdraw consent at any time using the preference panel below.
4. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES
You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the panel below. Note that disabling functional cookies may affect your experience (e.g. your theme preference will not be saved between sessions).
Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for authentication and security.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when cookies are set. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.
